Bringing Consistency to a Growing Brand
As Graphic Designer for Action Behavior Centers, I create visual assets that support the organization's mission of accessible, compassionate ABA therapy for children with autism. Working across a fast-growing network of centers, I ensure every piece of collateral reflects a consistent, trustworthy brand voice for families and providers alike.
I design assets across paid media and organic social channels, translating brand and campaign goals into visuals built for each platform's format and audience. This work keeps ABC's presence consistent and engaging whether someone encounters it in a sponsored ad or a scroll through their feed.

Directing Photography & Video On-Site
I lead creative direction for ABC's bi-annual brand photography and video shoots, building shot lists, call sheets, and on-set prompt guides that keep multi-person productions organized and consistent. I also lead AI-assisted photography edits, refining and polishing shoot assets efficiently at scale. From scheduling waves to reference photo grids, I coordinate every detail so the final assets capture the authenticity of therapy centers while staying true to brand.

Scaling Creative Operations
Beyond individual projects, I've helped shape how ABC's creative team operates at scale — leading a DAM platform evaluation to reduce bottlenecks and expand self-service access for departments, and building the case for in-house equipment to support a growing videography partnership. I also lead the Creative & Provider Liaison program, developing the SLAs, request forms, and policies that connect the design team to providers across the network.
